Beth Lovell

Beth Lovell joined the real estate industry at the young age of fifteen, working for a Realtor part-time while in high school and while in college. At the age of eighteen, she came to work for Ronnie & Cathy Matthews. She has worn many hats during her tenure with their team, working in their Pre-Listing and Pending Departments and also acting as the team’s broker for many years.

Beth is a Houston native. Having grown up in the city, she is passionate about many causes and devotes her spare time to street dog rescue. She serves on the board of directors for Corridor Rescue Inc., which helps to rehabilitate and find dumped, abandoned, and sick Houston street dogs loving, forever homes.

Beth is the former chair of, and continues to serve on, the Houston Association of Realtors’ MLS Advisory Group. She is also a member of the HAR Technology Advisory Group.

When not working or volunteering in dog rescue, Beth enjoys going to classic rock concerts and taking road trips around Texas with her mother and her aunt.

Carla Taylor

Carla’s past career taught her the value of navigating complex routes and adapting to challenging conditions to always successfully reach the destination. She brings that same unwavering commitment and driven focus to her clients’ real estate goals. Just as she once became an expert in building strong broker relationships and tirelessly negotiated the best per-mile for every load, she now applies that proven skill to secure the best deal for her clients. Her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management provides a strong foundation for understanding market dynamics and client relationships, ensuring every transaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and strategic insight.

Beyond her career, Carla’s world is centered on her two amazing children—a daughter in college and a son soon to be in high school. Her commitment to a healthy, balanced life is a constant, and in her free time, you can find Carla at the gym, enjoying zumba, skating, or bike riding.

Christian Horn

Christian Horn was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and has proudly called this vibrant city home his entire life. He attended Klein Collins High School and earned his real estate license at just 18, beginning a career fueled by a genuine passion for helping people and a love for the Houston community. Marina Francis brings almost twenty years of experience in human resources, leadership, and entrepreneurship—both internationally and domestically. Professionally, she is a professional with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration: Human Resource Management and a Minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. She also holds a Master’s in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She is also the founder of Pivot Digital Solutions LLC, a digital design company that helps faith-based organizations increase their reach and relevance through social media management.

One of the most meaningful parts of her life is her calling to ministry. She is an ordained minister and currently serve as an Associate Minister and Director of Prayer at Saturation Ministries Global in Houston, TX. Her faith informs how I lead and how she serves—always with integrity, care, and a desire to make a lasting impact.
