When Ash is not working with clients, you’ll most likely find him spending quality time with his family, coaching soccer youth teams or getting outside to soak up some nature. Whether it’s fishing, biking, or just enjoying the fresh air, the outdoors is his happy place. He is also a veteran and served in Iraq. He is keen on making a great, positive impact on anything he does.

Beth Lovell

Beth Lovell joined the real estate industry at the young age of fifteen, working for a Realtor part-time while in high school and while in college. At the age of eighteen, she came to work for Ronnie & Cathy Matthews. She has worn many hats during her tenure with their team, working in their Pre-Listing and Pending Departments and also acting as the team’s broker for many years.

Beth is a Houston native. Having grown up in the city, she is passionate about many causes and devotes her spare time to street dog rescue. She serves on the board of directors for Corridor Rescue Inc., which helps to rehabilitate and find dumped, abandoned, and sick Houston street dogs loving, forever homes.

Beth is the former chair of, and continues to serve on, the Houston Association of Realtors’ MLS Advisory Group. She is also a member of the HAR Technology Advisory Group.

When not working or volunteering in dog rescue, Beth enjoys going to classic rock concerts and taking road trips around Texas with her mother and her aunt.

Carla Taylor

Carla Taylor’s professional journey began on the open road, where for over six years as a commercial driver, she honed a skillset that few people in real estate possess. A New Orleans native who spent nearly a decade in Georgia, she is now proudly embedding her footprints in the Texas real estate market as a member of the Ronnie and Cathy Matthews Group.

Carla’s past career taught her the value of navigating complex routes and adapting to challenging conditions to always successfully reach the destination. She brings that same unwavering commitment and driven focus to her clients’ real estate goals. Just as she once became an expert in building strong broker relationships and tirelessly negotiated the best per-mile for every load, she now applies that proven skill to secure the best deal for her clients. Her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management provides a strong foundation for understanding market dynamics and client relationships, ensuring every transaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and strategic insight.

Beyond her career, Carla’s world is centered on her two amazing children—a daughter in college and a son soon to be in high school. Her commitment to a healthy, balanced life is a constant, and in her free time, you can find Carla at the gym, enjoying zumba, skating, or bike riding.

Crystal Navarre

Crystal grew up in the small town of Caldwell, TX, and in 2004, she made the move to Montgomery, TX, where she now calls home. Before finding her calling in real estate, Crystal gained valuable experience as a loan officer. This role provided her with a thorough understanding of the financial side of property transactions, giving her clients a distinct advantage in navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home.

While working as a loan officer, Crystal pursued real estate classes and eventually earned her license, a decision that has brought immense satisfaction and fulfillment. Her passion lies in helping her clients find their dream homes and forming lasting friendships along the way. As a military spouse, she has a special connection with military families and is committed to serving their unique needs with dedication and understanding. 

Crystal is also actively involved in her community, volunteering for various city initiatives. Each year, she organizes a toy drive in her son’s honor, dedicated to helping families with children who have brain tumors.

Dominique Willis

After spending more than 20 years in Ohio running successful small businesses—a neighborhood bar and restaurant, a tree and landscaping service, and working in real estate—she returned to her home state with one goal: to guide others through the home buying and selling process with honesty, heart, and hard-earned experience.

As a wife of 20 years, mom of five, and Mimi to her granddaughter, Dominique understands just how important the right home can be—it’s where life happens. Ethan Naff is an experienced entrepreneur who has successfully owned and operated a freight brokerage for over seventeen years. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for reliability, dedication, and exceptional service in the transportation industry. Recently, driven by a passion for real estate, he obtained his real estate license in an effort to expand his professional expertise; to include helping individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling processes.

While managing the freight business and pursuing a real estate career, he remains deeply committed to spending quality time with his family and enjoying all that life has to offer. He is actively involved in sports, particularly in coaching his sons’ teams. The coaching role has allowed him to share important life lessons of teamwork, perseverance, and discipline, all of which apply to both business and life.

Balancing the freight company in addition to a new real estate venture, Ethan looks forward to a new challenge while continuing to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Marina Francis brings almost twenty years of experience in human resources, leadership, and entrepreneurship—both internationally and domestically. Her journey has taken her to multiple countries, allowing her to serve in diverse roles that shaped how she leads, connects with others, and supports teams in reaching their full potential.

Professionally, she is a professional with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration: Human Resource Management and a Minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. She also holds a Master’s in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Whether working in corporate settings or mission-driven organizations, her focus has always been to create environments where people and purpose thrive.

She is also the founder of Pivot Digital Solutions LLC, a digital design company that helps faith-based organizations increase their reach and relevance through social media management.

One of the most meaningful parts of her life is her calling to ministry. She is an ordained minister and currently serve as an Associate Minister and Director of Prayer at Saturation Ministries Global in Houston, TX. Her faith informs how I lead and how she serves—always with integrity, care, and a desire to make a lasting impact.
