Our company was founded on the belief that success is best shared, and that strong communities are built when we invest time, resources, and heart into the people and causes around us. Our team consistently gives back to the community we serve, through both volunteer work and charitable contributions.

Our commitment to our community is reflected through the Ronnie & Cathy Matthews Great American Charitable Foundation, which was created by our founders, Ronnie & Cathy, and which focuses its efforts on causes close to our hearts, including animal rescue, education for underprivileged students, and support for women and families in crisis.

Beyond financial contributions and sponsorships, our team believes in rolling up our sleeves. Our team members volunteer in a variety of capacities—a few examples include serving on nonprofit boards, volunteering regularly at the food bank, and supporting dog rescue efforts – both in the background and on the front lines. Our team also hosts and participates in ongoing charitable initiatives such as food drives and community events throughout the year, and we donate a portion of our compensation from each transaction we close to local dog rescues.
